B & B – MOVEMENT RESEARCH

w/ Stephanie Zaletel
Blood & Breath (B & B) is a movement-meditation practice taught by Stephanie Zaletel utilizing guided improvisation to warm the body and stimulate the brain from within. The practice increases stamina, balance, creative thinking, and flexibility and can be exercised in any space. B&B challenges the dancer/mover to work from an intrinsic, molecular level in order to access their minimum and maximum ranges with an acute sensitivity to time and space. Students will have the opportunity to create and show their own physical ideas later in the workshop.
